When booking the time required for your event you must include setting up time and clearing up time in your total time.

Note: Before filling in your booking form, you should :

• check the availability of your required dates in the lists of the existing bookings for this month and next month.

The Word version of the Form can be downloaded and completed using Word, then either returned by email to or printed and posted to the address on the Booking Form.

The PDF version of the Form can be downloaded, printed and completed by hand, then posted to the address on the Booking Form.
