POSTPONED
We were hoping to have a talk this month concerning "Wasps and their importance in the garden" despite everyone's dislike of these creatures.
However due the the allotment AGM and another important meeting in the village that evening many of you will be unable to attend. It has therefore been decided that rather than have the talk with few members it would be better to postpone and have it in the New Year probably February when more can attend.
However we are going ahead with the Christmas Decorations making wreaths, table centers and wall decorations from natural materials. This will take place on Wednesday 12th December from 7.00pm onwards with Jane and Gill in attendance to advise and steer us in the right direction. The cost as last year is £5.00 which includes refreshments and some equipment, but if you require a wreath which costs £8.00 please let me know by the end of November as they have to be specially ordered. We already have 12 booked in and the maximum is 20 so please let me know if you would like to come.

Following the resignation of County Councillor Dr Kirsten Johnson, a by-election will now be held on Thursday, 29 November 2018 for the seat representing the Wheatley & Horspath Division. Voting in Horspath is in Horspath Village Hall.
